Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returned or exchanged items that are with quality issues.
a. If you choose to return the products, you should contact us and send photos or videos as proof asking for after-sales service. In this case, you could return the item after obtaining approval from our staff (We only accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods), and we would issue a full refund to you after you return the items in good condition.
b. If you choose to exchange the products, please send us photos or videos as proof to check first. After obtaining approval from our staff, you could send back the products. The exchanged items will be shipped after careful inspection.
c. If the items were damaged during transportation, you should submit an application and send proof to us (photo, video) asking for after-sales service within 7 calendar days after the package was delivered to you. We will arrange to exchange or issue a full refund.

- The return address will be notified by the customer service staff after you contact our customer service. Any return or exchange without contacting our customer service in advance will not be accepted and no refund will be given!

- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us your Order Number and photographs of products(if applicable) at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will email you back your own RMA Number together with the return address within 3 Business Days. After receiving an RMA number, customers have 7 Calendar Days to return the original items(s) with tags in their original packaging. And then, mail the return to the attached address.
- Customers need to send back your package and its tracking number within 7 Calendar Days when you have got the RMA number.
- If Superwavess is responsible for the shipping fees, we will refund the tax with return shipping fees together with your original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost
- We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and return shipping cost if the return or exchange is a result of an unknown error or defective product.
- But if you request the return for personal reasons, then you will be responsible for the corresponding freight.
- Unfortunately, we're not able to send prepaid return shipping labels to all packages. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please note we're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Goods with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
